Scope of Service
Services Provided: SCRUB SQUAD provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described and quoted at the time of booking.
Estimates: Initial pricing is an estimate. Final pricing is confirmed after property assessment and may adjust based on condition.
Booking & Payment
Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your booking date and time.
Payment Methods: We accept credit card, ACH, and approved invoicing for ongoing accounts.
Late Payment: Invoices unpaid after 7 days are subject to a 5% late fee.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No refunds will be issued.
No-Show: If the Client is unreachable or the property is inaccessible at the scheduled time, the full service fee will be charged.
Property Access & Security
Access Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for ensuring SCRUB SQUAD has secure, timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. This includes providing keys, lockbox codes, or being present to grant entry.
Alarm Systems: If the property has an alarm system, the Client must provide disarm instructions or disarm the system prior to our arrival.
Pets: Aggressive or unrestrained pets must be secured in a separate area. SCRUB SQUAD reserves the right to refuse service if unsafe animal conditions exist.
Liability, Insurance & Damage Claims
Insurance Coverage: SCRUB SQUAD carries general liability insurance. Claims for damage caused by our team must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service completion with photographic evidence.
Pre-Existing Damage: We are not liable for damage to items or surfaces that were already in poor condition prior to our service. The Client acknowledges that we document property condition when possible.
Valuables: SCRUB SQUAD is not responsible for loss or damage to cash, jewelry, artwork, electronics, or other high value items left unsecured or undisclosed. Please secure all valuables prior to our arrival.
Quality Guarantee
Re-Clean Policy: If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the area at no additional charge.
Limitations: The guarantee covers items within scope of the booked service. Add on tasks not originally requested are not included.
